RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At ALITAM STORE, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
